Cebu Pacific is the Philippines’ largest airline and a leading Asian low-cost carrier, flying to dozens of Philippine islands and across Asia, plus Dubai and Sydney. Every bundle includes 7 kg of hand-carry in two pieces, GO Easy and GO Flexi add a 20 kg bag, and power banks cannot be used in flight. This guide covers the bundles, hand-carry sizes, power bank rules, typhoon season and how Cebu Pacific compares with Scoot and Cebgo.
Cebu Pacific was founded in 1988, began flying in 1996 and is the Philippines’ largest airline. Its sister airline Cebgo flies ATR turboprops to smaller islands, and it is replacing older jets with Airbus neo models.

Cebu Pacific follows Philippine and ICAO rules:
Online check-in is available on the website and app. Domestic passengers can often use a mobile boarding pass, while international passengers need a document check. Arrive two hours before domestic flights and three before international ones.
From roughly June to November, typhoons can disrupt flights, so GO Flexi is worth considering.
Infants under two travel on an adult’s lap. Request wheelchairs and other special assistance in advance. Pets are generally not accepted in the cabin.

You can also book an airport transfer in advance at a fixed price.
Yes, for budget travel. Cebu Pacific has the widest network in the Philippines, a young Airbus fleet and very low fares if you travel light. Delays happen at busy times and in typhoon season, so allow time for connections.

Cebu Pacific sells fares in bundles. GO Basic is the cheapest and includes only a 7 kg hand-carry bag, with fees for rebooking. GO Easy adds a 20 kg checked bag and seat selection. GO Flexi adds free cancellation, with the value kept as a Travel Fund credit.
When you rebook, you pay any fare difference plus any fee for your bundle.
On GO Basic, your seat is assigned at random at check-in unless you pay to choose one. GO Easy and GO Flexi include standard seat selection, and you can pay for front-row or extra-legroom seats.
As a low-cost airline, Cebu Pacific sells food, drinks and extra bags as add-ons, which are cheaper when bought online before you fly.
Every Cebu Pacific fare includes hand-carry baggage of up to 7 kg in two pieces: an overhead bag of up to 56 × 36 × 23 cm and an under-seat bag of up to 36 × 20 × 20 cm. Bags are often weighed at the gate, and oversized items go in the hold for a fee. GO Basic doesn't include a checked bag, while GO Easy and GO Flexi include a 20 kg checked bag.
If you need more, prepaid baggage is much cheaper online than at the airport, so add it when you book.

Points can often be used to cover the full fare on Cebu Pacific flights.
